Students and staff at Southport SHS are encouraged to be familiar with all aspects of working safely. We have partnered with OnGuard, an online workplace safety training provider, to manage the training and certification of students and staff.
OnGuard provides safety training and awareness for such activities as operating machinery, fire safety training and performing risk assessments. The aim of this partnership is to improve the awareness of risks in the school/workplace and to minimize the risk of injury, particularly for students and staff who are involved in Design and Technology subjects.
Students wishing to complete their training should use the username and password given to them by their teacher and log in.
