Tuition is provided by a group of dedicated and talented teachers, many of whom are distinguished performers in their own right.
Part time members of the music staff give group lessons each week on a large variety of solo instruments, including:
- Woodwind: flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon and saxophone
- Brass: trumpet, trombone, french horn, euphonium and tuba
- Strings: violin, viola, cello and double bass
- Percussion: tuned and untuned percussion
- Bass guitar
Students interested in learning how to play piano or guitar can do so as part of our established classroom music program. Students seeking an opportunity to extend their skills on instruments such as guitar, piano and/or voice are encouraged to audition for our Music Excellence program.
